About Jason

I’m Jason Phipps, a lifelong Tri-Cities resident, Managing Broker at RE/MAX Northwest, and the founder of The Phipps Team. With over 12 years in the real estate game and more than 1,000 homes sold, I’ve built my business on results, relationships, and deep roots in this community.

Before RE/MAX, I was a top-producing agent with eXp Realty, where I sharpened my skills in negotiation, marketing, and team building. Today, my team is known for bold marketing, high-impact video content with 60,000+ views, and educating buyers and sellers through events, homebuyer classes, and one-on-one guidance.

When I’m not helping clients navigate the market, you’ll find me on the field coaching high school football. I bring the same discipline, leadership, and passion I use on the field into every deal I close—because in both real estate and football, it’s all about teamwork, trust, and execution.
